Suryanamaskar and various other yoga asanas are taught in it. Different games are also played. It helps in building good health.
Mathematical or practical puzzles Solving activities were also taken in this. In which every student in the class gets a chance to give a different answer by moving their head. Having a puzzle-solving activity gave the class an opportunity for all students to give an answer, even if the answer was wrong. The purpose behind this is to give an opportunity to think differently (Creativity) even to the students who usually stay aloof in the class.
