8 martyred, scores injured in Israeli airstrike targeting house in Gaza

At least eight Palestinians were martyred and scores were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a house west of Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip on Monday.
Medical sources told Palestinian news agency (WAFA) that eight martyrs and dozens of injured individuals, including children and women, arrived at Shuhada Al-Aqsa Hospital following an Israeli airstrike targeting a house west of Deir Al-Balah.
An Israeli drone also randomly opened fire in the courtyard of the Gaza European Hospital, southeast of Khan Yunis, WAFA added.
The Israeli warplanes also targeted the buildings of the Colleges of Science and Technology, located south of Khan Yunis in the south of Gaza Strip.
Meanwhile, the occupation warplanes carried out intense airstrikes on Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
In a preliminary toll, the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since Oct. 7 has resulted in at least 22,835 martyrs, more than 70% of whom are women and children, and 58,316 wounded. Additionally 7,000 people are still missing under the rubble.

"Palestinian civilians must be able to return home as soon as conditions allow. They cannot, they must not, be pressed to leave Gaza," Blinken said at a press conference following a separate meeting with top Qatari officials in Doha.
